Does anyone know if this is a 1970 or 71 Monte Carlo? I love the classic look of the rally rims and the blue paint. Chevy made so many cool shades of blue - some paint names that come to mind include Mulsanne Blue, Mulholland Blue, Laguna Blue, Bridgehampton Blue, Nassau Blue. What are their other blue shades?
