In keeping with DeviantArt's purple theme I pulled out this pic I took back in August, 2010 in downtown Monterey, CA (and then within minutes DA changed the purple theme back to green). This 1953 Jaguar XK140 has a unique look with this color and the customized fenders and bumpers, etc.

This is a nice looking car, I wouldn't paint it purple if I had this car, but it suits the car well.

Haha! I know what you mean. What's next a bouncing air tank lowrider Ferrari? Or a riced out drifter Lamborghini? Or a lifted fire engine red Mercedes Unimog or Range Rover HSE Sport with a rebel flag front license plate and a shotgun rack in the rear window? :headbang: I'm torn too, but a purple customized XK140 was an eye-catching ride B-)
