Yes, I've been lucky enough to have seen many Veyrons (about a dozen altogether). Yes, I've also seen the Birdcage - if you're referring to the original Birdcage racecars. However, I have not yet seen the new 75th Birdcage prototype concept car. You inspired me to upload 3 pics of an original Birdcage:
