I took this pic at the Petersen Automotive Museum in L.A., CA last weekend.

This is a rare (1 of 16) street legal version of the classic D-Type Jaguar racecar. But, it is also special because it was owned by the late legendary actor and racecar driver, Steve McQueen.

Other famous cars in the pic include Rita Hayworth's 1953 Cadillac parked beside the Jag, Herbie the Lovebug VW Beetle in the background, and Fred Astaire's 1927 Rolls Royce Phantom I.
